Warranty: 
  • Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Our warranty services are provided free of charge during the warranty period, but you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the equipment or parts to us at Singapore for repair or replacement.
  • If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the equipment or parts as necessary.

  • Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or any other cause beyond our control.

  • We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the equipment or our support and maintenance services.
  • The warranty and support services provided under this agreement are limited to Singapore in this agreement. If the equipment requires service or repair outside of Singapore, additional fees and charges may apply.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the geographical coverage specified in this agreement. Any violation of such laws and regulations will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Support and Maintenance:
  • Our support and maintenance services are designed to help you keep your aesthetics equipment running smoothly and efficiently.

  • We provide both remote and on-site support and maintenance services, depending on your needs and the nature of the issue.

  • Our support and maintenance services include troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of defective parts as necessary.

  • We will provide you with a detailed estimate of the time and cost involved in any support or maintenance work before we begin, and we will not proceed without your approval.

  • We offer different levels of support and maintenance plans, including annual service contracts, preventative maintenance plans, and ad-hoc support.


Fees and Payment:
